Are you having an IT emergency right now?  We have a team standing by, ready to provide immediate assistance.

We are here to help!

Benefits of Emergency IT Services

It’s hard to be level-headed about evaluating IT service offerings when you’re in a panic. We’re here, and we’re happy to help. We don’t require that you be an existing customer. If you’re encountering an emergency we are willing to provide assistance no matter what caused the situation.  We’ll get you back on your feet with no strings attached. If there is to be an ongoing relationship afterwards, we’ll figure that out after the emergency situation is resolved.

We have helped customers in the past with emergencies caused by:

  • Ransomware attacks
  • IT director quit and became belligerent
  • Natural disasters—fire, flood, tornado, roof collapse due to heavy snowfall, burst pipes during a cold snap, hurricane, and earthquake
  • Former IT service provider ended engagement suddenly and was unhelpful
  • Death of IT manager
  • Network hacked and information stolen and held hostage
  • Data theft by a former employee

It really doesn’t matter what the cause was. We have seasoned and highly qualified engineers who are ready to help you get back on your feet

We have team members throughout the United States. Travel is no issue unless the disaster itself makes it impossible, or circumstances are such that it would be unsafe for us to come to you.

Emergency IT Service Engagements

Rather than start with asking questions about what you need or what you know so far, the best course of action is to call us. We’ll figure out how to engage expediently and will bring the right resources for your situation.

Our pricing is based on what your situation requires. You can rest assured that our rates are not exorbitant, and be confident that we aren’t going to take advantage of your misfortune.

Emergency IT Services FAQs

Can you help us in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Denver, Elkhart, Fargo, Glendale or… well, you get the idea?

YES!  We have team members all over the US and those of us who need to travel to make sure you get the right people for the job already have a bag packed.

Can you work on our Windows, Google, vmWare, Citrix, Linux, Apple, Cisco, HPE, IBM, Dell, Extreme, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, NetApp, EMC, Sophos, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Sonicwall, SuperMicro, Lenovo, nVidia, nComputing, Intel, etc. technology?

The short answer is “Yes!”  We are certified in many of these, but if there is a technology we’re uncomfortable working with, we’ll let you know.

Can you help if the technology in question is no longer supported by the manufacturer, such as Windows XP/7, Novell Netware, or any other legacy product?

We got to where we are because we grew up with these technologies, so our qualified answer is the same as what many manufacturers will say: “We will give it our best effort.” We have extensive experience with older technologies but may be limited by being unable to find replacement hardware, drivers, or other hardware or software components.

What kind of support can you offer?

We can offer on-site or 24/7 remote support. We can help with almost any IT issue, having experience with products ranging from your workstations to your servers and everything in between. Let us know what you need, and we will see how we can help.
